On Friday, December 23, the Indian Premier League 2023 mini-auction will take place in Kochi. This mini-auction will be open to highly skilled young people, even though it is a small one.
From an initial 991 players list, this year’s auction will have 405 participants. There are 273 Indians, 132 players from other countries, and four associate nations. There are 119 uncapped and 296 capped cricketers.
All ten franchises used some of their salary caps for retention. The next season’s retained players were revealed by the teams on November 15. They will be looking to fill the remaining spots in the eagerly awaited auction.
